Jennifer Garner was born on the 17th of April, 1972 in Houston, Texas but was born within Charleston, West Virginia. William John Garner was her father, and was a chemical engineer for Union Carbide. Patricia Ann was a teacher at the local university. The father of her was an engineer in the chemical industry so she wanted to be like his.
