Beautiful pics of Tamara Day and Sarah Stiles feet & legs
My son played inside a playpen, while I worked 12-hour days, sanding the floor and taking down the wallpaper. Ha! The whole thing started to seem logical, however it was far from completed. The home would require a great deal of effort as well as a passion for shopping. In order to stay in the realm of budgets, I took to going with my boys to estate sales in search of diamonds. It was our weekly routine to walk around garage sales and auctions on Saturday and Sunday, and buy a variety of pieces old and newly made. I'd spend my workdays in the driveway either painting or sanding. My love for furniture repair started with an appearance like this. It didn't matter if the home was furnished. I had a stand in the market at my local location and also sold items there. I could outgrow my space because I owned many more pieces than I needed. Open houses were held at my house where 1 000 people could visit during a weekend. visitors could buy anything from the ground level. My company Growing Days began here. Apart from my successful company, I also started our family. In some ways, I was able to find the perfect way to balance being a mom and starting my new venture. Growing Days just seemed to be the right fit. Nora joined us in 2013 and became our fourth baby. This was an excellent direction for my business however, I needed a vacation. I decided to step back and spend some time at home, spending time with my family. That was exactly what i required. But after a couple of months off the phone started to ring. People contacted me asking for help with interior decor and home renovations. The majority of them were people who had been through my house during open house for furniture! I started taking on some clients at a time working at my own pace however it wasn't for long to have multiple accounts and was running an entire home improvement business. If you'd told me that my venture would end up being an idea for the DIY Network show, I would probably have laughed. In fact, I do laugh when I think about it.
