Her birth had originally been scheduled at St. Vincent's Hospital southwest Portland However, because of a shortage of beds, the hospital had to force her parents to relocate to Clackamas. Brielle completed her undergraduate studies at Cedar Mill Portland, but the first and second years of her education were spent in Valley Catholic High School. Then she attended the Arts and Communication Magnet Academy in Beaverton where she earned the high school diploma she earned. The actress continued the education she had been pursuing.
